
You must attend five (5) of the ten regular monthly meetings. The regular meetings are held on the second Sunday afternoon of each month. One hour meeting credit is given for regular club meetings.
You must participate in a minimum of twelve (12) Crown Club approved service hours in Crown Club projects by May 1. We will not accept hours for service with other organizations. The Crown Club opportunities will be identified and a sign up genius posted on GroupMe.
A minimum of four (5) education hours and (5) chapter meetings must be obtained by May 1.
You must be a Madison County resident to participate in Crown Club.
Participation in Crown Club fundraisers is mandatory, fun and easy. We will use these to further fund our projects.
Dues for the service year are $55, which includes a club t-shirt, participation in service projects, and a social event ticket. Dues must be paid in full within two (2) weeks of acceptance notification. Applicants who do not submit payment or setup payment plan within this timeframe will forfeit their spot and may be replaced by a waitlisted applicant.
The annual kick off meeting will be held in August. It must be attended by both participant and guardian. This meeting will provide additional information and will be the only one where a guardian is required.
Crown Club will offer up to five (5) dues scholarships for the service year. If financial assistance is needed, applicants should still submit their application and email crownclub@jamadisoncounty.com with the subject line “Dues Assistance” by July 15th for consideration.
