You must attend five (5) of the eight regular monthly meetings. The regular meetings are held on the second Sunday afternoon of each month. One hour meeting credit is given for regular club meetings.
You must participate in a minimum of twelve (12) Crown Club approved service hours in Crown Club projects by May 1. We will not accept hours for service with other organizations. The Crown Club opportunities will be identified and a sign up genius posted on the website. The opportunities are first come, first served and the days of the week at time will vary. The sign ups will fill up fast during certain times of the year and for certain events.
A minimum of four (4) education hours must be obtained by May 1. These hours can be earned by attending sessions via zoom on varying nights during the month as well as in person prior to the monthly meeting once a quarter.
You must be a Madison County resident to participate in Crown Club.
Participation in Crown Club fundraisers is mandatory, fun and easy. We will use these to further fund our projects. Additional information will be provided at the kick off meeting in August.
Club dues of $55 will be due within two weeks of acceptance. If those dues are not paid, you will be moved to the waitlist. Notification of acceptance will be received via email by both participant and guardian.
The annual kick off meeting will be Sunday, August 14th is required. It must be attended by both participant and guardian. This meeting will provide additional information and will be the only one where a guardian is required.
We will be providing up to five (5) dues scholarships. If there is a financial need of assistance with Crown Club dues, please send in your application and email firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject of "Dues Assistance" by the due date of June 30th.
