Junior Auxiliary Project
The Crown Club is a project of the Junior Auxiliary of Madison County that focuses on creating service opportunities for high school girls in 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. This project encourages the concept of teaching our youth how to give back to their community. These project members work with the girls throughout the year, September to April, to teach them the benefits of community service and to inspire future leaders.
Our Objective
To foster interest among its members in the social, economic, educational, civic and cultural conditions of their community with the goal of developing leadership skills and character while inspiring passion for community service.
Membership Information
To maintain membership, Crown Club members must:
- Attend five (5) of the eight (8) regular monthly meetings. The regular meetings are held on the second Sunday afternoon of each month. One hour meeting credit is given for regular club meetings
- Perform a minimum of twelve (12) Crown Club approved service hours in Crown Club projects
- Attend four (4) Education hours by the first of May.
- Obtain three (3) Finance hours by the first of May. Throughout the year, the finance hours can be obtained by donating specified items.
- Be a Madison County Resident
- Pay dues of $55 annually by November meeting (may be made in monthly installments)
